Getting verified

Verification proves you are a real, accountable maker. It unlocks core features, boosts your trust score, and adds badges to your storefront. Manage it at Dashboard → Verification.

The three types

  • Identity (+25, 🪪), submit your name and a photo ID; an admin reviews it. Your ID images are deleted as soon as it is approved.
  • Domain (+15, 🌐), prove you own your shop’s website by adding a bladeos-verify=... TXT record to its DNS. It verifies automatically once the record is found (checked periodically for a few hours, or trigger a check yourself).
  • Social (+10, 📱), connect a Google or Facebook account.

What it unlocks

You need at least one verified verification to list products, post to the Work Pool, or create Drops. Each verified type also adds a badge to your storefront and lifts your trust score (identity is the biggest jump).

Good to know

  • Verification is reviewed by the BladeOS team where needed; you can cancel a pending request anytime.
  • Verification is per shop, not per person.
  • Losing your only verified type hides the verified features until you verify again.
